◆イベント概要
◇日時：2025年5月2日（金）10:00-17:00
◇場所：グラスコート佐賀テニスクラブ
佐賀県佐賀市金立町千布3907番地
◇集合場所：現地集合 (9:30-9:45集合)
◇スペシャルゲスト：近日中に発表いたします。今年も豪華なゲストを予定しております。
◇参加料金 ： 16,500円（消費税込み）
※ランチはクラブハウスでご注文いただけます。朝到着後に各自でご注文いただき、お支払いください。
※イベント開催後に決済処理を行います。
【一日のスケジュール】
10:00-12:00 練習（芝生に慣れよう）
12:00-13:30 クラブハウスにて昼食＆休憩タイム、フリーコート
13:30-16:00 チーム対抗戦など試合（詳細は参加人数確定後に決定）
16:00-17:00 フリーコート

●長崎自動車「佐賀大和I.C」より、車で約５分
●JR佐賀駅より、車で約10分
●JR佐賀駅バスセンター ②番乗場 金立公民館行き 約15分(二俣線㉜番：グラスコート佐賀前下車）
●JR九州新幹線 新鳥栖駅より、車で約30分
●佐賀空港より、車で約30分
●福岡空港より、車で約50分・リムジンバスで約50分(高志館高校前下車)

・コートでは上下白のテニスウェアをご着用ください。
・クラブハウスにはシャワー施設・ロッカーがございます。
・雨天の場合は併設の屋内コートでの開催となります。前日に多量の雨が降った場合も芝生でのプレーはできませんので予めご了承の上、お申し込みください。
・お客様のご都合によるキャンセルは返金の対象外となりますので、ご了承ください。

◇Meeting place: On-site meeting (9:30-9:45 meeting)
◇Special Guest: To be announced soon. We are planning to have some great guests this year as well.
◇Participation fee: 16,500 yen (tax included)
*Lunch can be ordered at the clubhouse. Please place your order and pay upon arrival in the morning.
*Payment will be processed after the event.

13:30-16:00 Matches such as team competitions (details will be decided after the number of participants is confirmed)

◆Transportation to the Grass Court Saga Tennis Club
●about 5 min. by car from Nagasaki Expressway Saga-Yamato IC
●about 10 min. by car from JR Saga station
●about 30 min. by car from Shin-Tosu Station
●about 30 min. by car from Saga Airport
●about 50 min. by car from Fukuoka Airport
●about 50 min by limousine bus (to Koshikan-koko bus stop)
◆Notes
・Please wear white tennis clothes on the court.
・The clubhouse has shower facilities and lockers.
・In case of rain, the event will be held on the attached indoor court. Please be aware that you will not be able to play on the grass if it rained heavily the day before.
・Please note that cancellations due to customer convenience will not be eligible for a refund.
